On-Campus Lodging Registration

On-campus lodging will be available the nights of Tuesday (June 24) through Monday (June 30) and will be filled in a first-come, first-served basis.

**If your flight is not listed, please email the date and time that you will be arriving/departing to Paula Gibbs at molecular-plants@wsu.edu. If you have not yet booked your flights, we recommend that you do so soon and email your arrival and departure times to Paula.

Please note that if you complete only the lodging registration form or only the payment, your room will not be reserved.

Airport Pickup

The meeting organizers will provide van service to and from the Pullman Moscow Regional Airport (PUW) for those staying in the residence hall. We will do our best to accommodate a wide range of flight times, but please let us know when you plan to arrive and depart in advance or we cannot guarantee transportation.

Check-in Times

A staff person will be available at Stimson Hall all day on Wednesday (June 25), and we will also provide check-in for meeting attendees who have let us know in advance when they will arrive on Tuesday and Thursday.
